The Campbell administrator can handle town affairs. Some of the board members are simply “yes” followers and unable to think for themselves. They do not offer any guidance but are simply steered into making decisions. You can tell they did not do their homework and do not represent the Campbell taxpayers. Board members admitted they have less work since the administrator was hired.
Indications show that our economy is shrinking, the American dollar is on the decline, gas prices are out of line, home heating is outrageous, your home is depreciating, food prices are on the rise and incomes are low.
Some ways to cut include tabling costly projects. Cut the board from five to three members. Since your home has depreciated, the taxed valuation should decline.
Use more of the county services and return zoning back to them.
Taxpayers are stressed, so we need to curb expenses in Campbell. Our board is out of touch with its constituents.
