Published - Saturday, May 10, 2008 Woman accused of killing son worked in Child Welfare APPLETON, Wis. — An official says a Neenah woman accused of killing her 2-year-old son has been a part-time worker with Winnebago County’s Child Welfare Division. Police say the 27-year-old woman suffocated the child and told investigators she had heard voices telling her to kill the boy. The Post-Crescent of Appleton filed an open records request for details on her employment, and County Executive Mark Harris released her job description Friday. It shows she worked part-time as a support specialist in juvenile intake. She now is considered on leave from the job. Prosecutors expect to file charges Monday.
