The following appeared in La Crosse County Circuit Court:
Accused
Jennifer L. Pervin, 26, of 815 Hagar St., was charged Monday with being a fugitive from Minnesota. Pervin is wanted in Houston County on two counts of felony check forgery, according to a criminal complaint.
John D. Saurer, 44, of 1738 La Crescent St., No. 19, was charged Monday with fifth-offense operating while intoxicated and with a prohibited alcohol concentration, third-offense operating after revocation and one count of misdemeanor bail jumping. According to a criminal complaint, Saurer had a preliminary blood-alcohol concentration of 0.083 percent when he was stopped for speeding near George and Clinton streets Sunday.
Lawrence Antonio Moore Ellen, 36, of 730 Liberty St., was charged Monday with being a fugitive from Minnesota. Ellen was wanted in Houston County for failure to appear on charges of domestic assault.
Michael J. Fiebig, 47, of 423 Avon St., was charged Monday with false imprisonment, disorderly conduct and misdemeanor battery. Fiebig kept a woman from leaving a residence on the 3400 block of East Avenue about 1:15 a.m. Sunday by pinning the woman against a closet door, causing her a minor injury in the process, according to a criminal complaint.
Aaron H. Andrews, 31, of 403 Gillette St., was charged Monday with five counts of felony bail jumping. Andrews is accused of missing alcohol testing and recovery group meetings and failing at least one alcohol test conducted through the Justice Sanctions Program, according to a criminal complaint.
