" Charles Black grabbed an 8-year-old girl on her way home from school in winter of 1988, raped her, left her naked on a street corner in Beloit. Wasn't caught immediately - caught after trying to assault two more girls home alone after school. Served 10 years of a 15 year sentence, released to PdC, violated parole several times, in and out of jail ever since. Now back for 15 more? Should be for the rest of his life. How many more have to suffer? The media should report the whole story. "

" I don't feel sorry for him at all. Look on the ??? offender registry and guess who you find. Lets just say this isn't the first time he accidentaly had sex with someone he shouldn't have.
Two years ago he was putting the moves on an eighteen year old co-worker of mine. I thought that something was strange about him and then I found him on the registry.
Just wait seven years from now he will get out early for good behavior and still be a pervert. "

" Well blob, it sounds like you know the facts. Maybe you could share with the rest of us. From this article a 37 year old had sex with a 20 year old. That is not illegal. If there is more to the story please fill us in. "

" Wow, What a scary precedent indeed, not the courts action, but that two prior bloggers that read a few lines in a news article, JUMP to FALSE conclusions. The article clearly states after a WEEKLONG trial by jury and judge, he was found guilty. That article does not look like weeklong worth of information what took place, besides the jury tampering. Maybe, just maybe, get some FACTS from the case, before going off pouting and whining. "

" Donatello, I agree. If this woman has the mental capacity of an 8 to 10 year old, she should not be left alone. I don't leave my 10 year old daughter alone! "

" Wow this is a scary precedent.
I wonder if a guy now has to check Id AND mental health medical records before a date.
I realize that in this case it should be obvious, but they have now created "grey area" where a diagnosed age is a factor.
If this holds, most men are "underage" until they're 30 so I'll be expecting more women to be prosecuted?
