Man injured when hit by deputy’s car

SPARTA, Wis. — A 31-year-old Fort Atkinson, Wis., man was taken to a La Crosse hospital after walking down a highway and being struck by a Monroe County Sheriff’s deputy on Monday, according to the Wisconsin State Patrol.
