Published - Saturday, July 05, 2008 Life coach: What you think and feel really does make a difference Recently I had the opportunity to attend a Celebrate Your Life Conference. What an amazing experience it was! There were 1,200 plus attendees. The love, joy, peace and connectedness that flowed among us was palpable. Keynote speakers Deepak Chopra, James Van Prague and Marianne Williamson were phenomenal. What I heard and experienced over and over was that we all are connected. So what we do and how we think affects not only ourselves, it also affects everyone else. Because of this fact, it is so important to be impeccable in one’s words and thoughts. What you say and what you think creates an energetic shift. If you think negative thoughts or say hateful things about someone, you are actually putting that negative, hateful energy out there for all to experience. Have you ever wondered where wars, senseless murders and hate crimes come from? Have you ever felt there is nothing you can do to make a difference? Well, I truly believe and have seen some evidence that there is something you and I and everyone can do. So I suggest that you begin by sending love and gratitude to yourself ... fill yourself up with it. Then send it out to everyone you know and care about, and after that, encourage all those people to do the same. Researchers are looking at non-local realities, quantum healing, distant healing and the effects of prayer. What they are finding is that there is an energetic connection between us all. It is found in what is being called the Divine Matrix. (www.Greggbraden.com), that place where our feelings and beliefs speak to the energy field that connects us all. The universe is like a quantum consciousness computer that is programmed by our beliefs. The belief code is based on the language of the heart (our emotions). From this belief, scientists are discovering that heart-based experiences change our cells and the atoms in our world (www.heartmath.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=28&Itemid=51). Our heart’s electrical field (measured by the electrocardiogram) is up to 100 times stronger that the brain’s (measured by the electroencephalogram). As you probably well know, our bodies are about 80 percent water. Dr. Emoto’s amazing water research (www.life-enthusiast.com/twilight/research_emoto.htm) has shown that gratitude is the one emotion that transforms matter and energy as well as creating a space for healing and wholeness. So research is beginning to show us that what we believe, what we feel and what we think are powerful experiences and can transform our worlds. What is it that you hold to be true? What thoughts go through your mind? You can create the life you want and you can start the process now! Judy Aufenthie writes a regular online column about healthy living and wellness.
