David Larsen is already serving a 37-year state sentence for his crimes against Teri Jendusa-Nicolai. She was found bound and nearly frozen to death in a garbage can at a storage facility in Wheeling, Ill., in January 2004.
Larsen was sentenced in federal court in Milwaukee Thursday for interstate domestic violence and kidnapping.
He beat his ex-wife in the head with a baseball bat when she arrived at his Wind Lake house to pick up their two daughters. He taped her feet, wrists and mouth, stuffed her in the garbage can, put her in the back of his truck and drove to Wheeling with the children in the front seat.
