Prosecutors say the men broke into Antonio Strong’s apartment in August 2007, took $6,000 in cash from a shoebox and fatally shot Strong.
Twenty-eight-year-old Jarrod Alston and 19-year-old Xavier Johnson said in court this week they would plead guilty to felony murder in deals offered by prosecutors.
Three men have already been convicted in the case. Thirty-year-old Jonathan Bogan was sentenced to 10 years in prison, while 19-year-old Ryan R. King and 21-year-old Andre Hansbrough are serving 30-year sentences.
The man accused of shooting Strong is set for trial in late October.
