U.S. District Judge Barbara Crabb sentenced 34-year-old Will Bryant to 52 months in prison for conspiring to possess cocaine with intent to distribute. Bryant pleaded guilty in October.
State and federal prosecutors said the ring conducted drug transactions or arranged to deliver cocaine in hundreds of calls between July 2006 and June 2008. Crabb approved wiretaps this past February, and Bryant and eight others were arrested in June.
Six others also were arrested and charged in a separate conspiracy case.
