This support group is for persons under the age of 65, living with a new diagnoses of Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), Alzheimer's or other related dementia and their Care Partner (spouse, partner, parent, son, daughter, friend or other relative).  Once a month, this group offers a chance for everyone to socialize and share in a safe, supportive, caring environment.  It's a place to talk with others and to discover, "You are not alone".  For more information contact Amy Brezinka at 608-789-8575.
