Mark L. Walberg, host of “Antiques Roadshow,” will be the master of ceremonies when “The Price is Right Live,” the stage version of the popular TV game show, comes to the La Crosse Center on Nov. 8.

Walberg, who has hosted game shows for the past decade, started his television career as an assistant at Dick Clark Productions. He quickly moved in front of the camera as the announcer for the “Shop Til You Drop” game show and then as host of “Burnt Toast,” a sports magazine show on ESPN.

It was there that the late Brandon Tartikoff noticed his work, and that association produced the nationally syndicated “Mark Walberg Show.” Since then, Walberg has hosted and been featured in an array of popular talk, reality competition, and game shows.

“The Price Is Right Live” gives eligible individuals the chance to “come on down” and play classic games from television’s longest running and most popular game show. Contestants can win cash, appliances, vacations and possibly even a new car by playing favorites like Plinko, Cliffhangers, The Big Wheel, and the fabulous Showcase.

Tickets to the show cost $31.50, $41.50 or $51. Tickets are available in person at the La Crosse Center box office, by phone at 1-800-745-3000 or online at www.ticketmaster.com.
