(2009/01/08) A seven-week study, “And God Created Woman,” for non-denominational women is offered by New Image Women’s Ministries of Onalaska. Beginning Wednesday, sessions will be from 9 to 11 a.m. at Christ Is Lord Church, Onalaska. The study considers how women can live biblically in today’s culture. The first session will feature a DVD by Mary Kassian, “You’ve Come A Long Way, Baby.” Child care is provided with classes offered for children ages 3 to 6 and home-schoolers. There is no charge for the study, and advance registration is not required.

Together, they’ll play “Melodie” by Fritz Kreisler and Sonata No.1 in D Major 3rd movement. A vegetarian potluck will follow.
