Semcac will serve the following meals next week:

Monday, Aug. 21: Green pepper steak, rice, parslied cauliflower, tossed salad and citrus fruit cup.

Tuesday, Aug. 22: Taco salad or split pea soup with crackers, barbecue on a bun, Waldorf salad and lemon crackle.

Wednesday, Aug. 23: Baked chicken, baked dumpling, broccoli, carrot coin salad and ice cream.

Thursday, Aug. 24: Roast beef, mashed potatoes, stewed tomatoes, homemade wheat roll and melon wedge.

Friday, Aug. 25: Chef salad or hamburger on a bun, pickles, potato salad, calico beans and fruit cocktail cake.

Doors open at 10 a.m. and lunch is served at 11:30 a.m. at the Community Building, 336 First St. S. To reserve a meal, call 507-895-6585 by noon the day before.
