Semcac will serve the following meals next week:
Monday, Aug. 7: Taco casserole, Mexican corn, peach and chocolate chip cookie.
Tuesday, Aug. 8: Swedish meatballs and mashed potatoes ortaco salad, broccoli, three-bean salad and mixed fruit cup.
Wednesday, Aug. 9: Chicken romaine salad, melon wedge, batter bun and rhubarb cake.
Thursday, Aug. 10: Salisbury beef steak or liver and onions, baked potatoes, seasoned peas and celery, and pears in caramel sauce.
Friday, Aug. 11: Pork roast with sauerkraut, corn casserole or chef salad, dilled carrots and apple cranberry crisp.
Doors open at 10 a.m. and lunch is served at 11:30 a.m. at the Community Building, 336 First St. S. To reserve a meal, call 507-895-6585 by noon the day before.
