Semcac will serve the following meals next week:
Monday, Aug. 14: Swiss steak, mashed potatoes, carrots, fruited coleslaw, batter bun and peach crisp.
Tuesday, Aug. 15: Roast turkey and mashed potatoes or taco salad, seasoned peas, cuke salad and cranberry mold.
Wednesday, Aug. 16: Ham with scalloped potatoes, asparagus, mixed greens salad, dinner roll and moon cake.
Thursday, Aug. 17: Barbecue sandwich, potato salad, baked beans, melon and cookie.
Friday, Aug. 18: Chicken romaine salad or chef salad, melon wedge, wheat dinner roll and applesauce raisin bar.
Doors open at 10 a.m. and lunch is served at 11:30 a.m. at the Community Building, 336 First St. S. To reserve a meal, call 507-895-6585 by noon the day before.
