Semcac will serve the following meals next week:

Monday, Sept. 11: Beef and cabbage hotdish, pickled beets, carrot coin salad, homemade dinner roll and mixed fruit cup.

Tuesday, Sept. 12: Swiss steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, corn, romaine salad and flavored ice cream.

Wednesday, Sept. 13: Alpine chicken casserole, carrots, pear, cottage cheese, cranberry muffin and banana pudding dessert.

Thursday, Sept. 14: Ham with scalloped potatoes or beef patty, asparagus, dinner roll and peanut butter brownie.

Friday, Sept. 15: Roast beef, mashed potatoes, creamery cauliflower and peas, dinner roll and yogurt fruit cup.

Doors open at 10 a.m. and lunch is served at 11:30 a.m. at the Community Building, 336 First St. S. To reserve a meal, call 507-895-6585 by noon the day before.
