CALEDONIA — Freshman Amanda Iverson recorded a hat trick, while Breigh Beirman added a goal for the Lancers, to keep them in the hunt for a Three Rivers title. Payton Dryden stopped the only shot she faced for the shutout.

RUSHFORD — It took five sets before the Trojans were able to put the Lancers away. Jade Reider led La Crescent with 17 kills, while Lexi Newsom recorded 10 kills.
ST. CHARLES — La Crescent senior Matt Steiger (15:55.3) flew past the competition to take first place, with second place Samson Hagen (17:14.6) from P-E-M finishing more than a minute behind. The Lancers finished first in the 10-team field with Dane McCormick (17:39.5) placing sixth overall and Thomas Lechnir (17:40.7) finishing seventh. La Crescent’s Bryce Duffy took 10th (17:45.9) while teammate Cole Fechner was 12th (17:54.2).
The La Crescent girls finished sixth out of seven teams with sophomore Katy Steffes (21:51.3, 14th) being the top Lancers’ runner.

PINE ISLAND — The Lancers had their first multiple-touchdown game. La Crescent’s Thomas Kiesau was the receiving leader with 11 catches for 120 yards.

PLAINVIEW — Isaac Peterson and Sam Shimshak each tallied two goals and an assist, while Andy Lopez added a goal and two assists, as the Lancers moved into a tie with St. Charles for the top spot in the Three Rivers.

LA CRESCENT — Senior captain Rachel Ekker shined on senior night with a goal off a corner kick with 8 seconds left in the second overtime period, to put the Lancers into position for a conference title with one game remaining. Lola Baudek knotted the game with an equalizer in the 70th minute to force overtime.

LA CRESCENT — Chloe Walton had 12 assists and Ally Dahl recorded eight digs for the Lancers, who also got four kills from Lexi Newsome and three kills from Emma Booth.
