Heather C. Lee, 29, of Alma Center was arrested Oct. 8 for possession of THC and drug paraphernalia after she was pulled over for driving the wrong way on Interstate 94 in Brockway

Lee told the deputy that she was was heading to Osseo from Fairchild for a Halloween pub crawl, but the deputy noticed her speech was slurred and could smell intoxicants from the car.

According to the report, Lee was already wearing a Bud Light event wristband, but said she had only drank two hard lemonades.

The deputy said the amount she had drank and where she was drinking changed multiple times while he was talking to her.

According to the report, Lee presented the deputy with a prescription bottle that had her name on it as a form of identification. Lee said she wasn’t on any narcotics or pain medication.

According to the report, Lee said that she had no idea she was on the wrong side of I-94.

After Lee was arrested and had left the scene, officers also found a pipe with marijuana in it and 3.5 grams of marijuana.
