Blair-Taylor recognizes football players during awards night

Blair-Taylor held their annual football awards banquet Nov. 1.

Participation award winners were Chris Rogtstad, Blake McNulty, Garrison Armitage, Carter Bratina, Steve Ekern, Bryce Schleh, Micah Nehring, Uriel Ortiz and Wyatt Hammes.

Letter winners were Kaiden Keller, Tony Gonzalez, Noah Shepherd, Kaleb Smith, Issac Nerby, Matthe Brandenburg, Logan Smith, Adam Gill, Dakota Garrett, Braden Burleson, Matthew Waldera, Matthew Betker, Nick Shepherd, Kyle Steien, Tyler Thompson, Mitchell Stegerwald, Reed Guenther, Braden Smith, Rafael Da Costa and Seth Moser.

Captains for the year were Reed Guenther, Colton Schleh, Braden Smith and Seth Moser.

Matthew Bradenburg was awarded the Rookie of the Year and co-MVP on offense. Kaiden Keller was awarded the Scout Team Player of the Year. Rafael Da Costa was awarded the Special Teams Player of the Year. Tony Gonzalez and Isaac Nerby were awarded the Most Improved Players. Colton Schleh was awarded the Back of the Year. Reed Guenther was awarded the Lineman of the Year, Defensive MVP and co-MVP on offense.
