The Black River Falls Tigers swimming team would face off first against La Crosse and Tomah/Sparta last Tuesday night coming away with a victory and a loss.

In their match against La Crosse, the Tigers would come in first in their 200 Medley Relay in a time of 2:04.35 and the 200 Relay with a time of 1:50.60.

Elizabeth Pardoe would place first for the Tigers in the 200 Individual Medley with a time of 2:27.75 and the 100 Backstroke in 1:08.45.

Lauren Steien would place first for the Tigers in the 100 Fly with a time of 1:01.29 and 100 Breaststroke in a time of 1:11.68.

The Tigers would end up losing to La Crosse 91-77.

On the same night, the Tigers would face off against Tomah/Sparta, coming away with a decisive 127-17 win.

Marin Stowe would take first in the 100 Free with a time of 1:03.94 and Julie Beam would take first place with a time of 28.94 for the 50 Free. Pardoe and Steien would take first in all of their respective matchups as well.

The Tigers would next face off against Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln Tuesday night, coming away with a 114-56 loss.

Steien would swim her way onto the first place podium in the 200 Individual Medley with a time of 2:19.10 and in the 100 Fly with a time of 1:02.14.

Pardoe would also get a first place finish in the 100 Free in a time of 59.63
