In their toughest contest to date, the Mustangs pulled out a victory against a tough Whitehall team 45-44.

The Mustangs led for most of the first half and went into the locker room up 25-22, but the Mustangs would come out flat in the second half.

The Norse led for most of the second half until the Mustang defense held tough in the final minutes to put the Mustangs ahead by one.

Andrew Antony led the scoring for the Mustangs with a 16-point performance including sinking three 3-pointers.

Behind Antony, a balanced attack would propel the Mustangs past the Norse.

Connor Christopherson added seven points followed by the trio of Brett Gerdes, Andrew Scafe and Jimmy Polenz with six points.

Christopherson led on the boards with eight. Gerdes chipped in seven rebounds.

Drew Blaken had three assists in the game.
