The Tigers went to Auburndale Saturday for an invitational where they placed seventh scoring 89 points.

In the 220-pound bracket, Noah O’Brien would place first for the team pinning all three opponents he faced during the meet.

Sean Johnson (195) would place second after pinning Thorp’s Daytona Hera in the first round. Johnson would receive byes in the next two rounds before being pinned by Royall’s Noah Friedl in the championship round.

Kaleb Dobson placed third in the 182-pound weight class. Dobson would be pinned by Manawa’s Zach Johnson in the quarterfinals, but would wrestle his way back to the third place match where he would defeat Auburndale’s Kaleb Dobson by pin at 2:45.

Noah O’Brien would score a valuable 18 points for the Tigers on his way to a fifth-place finish. O’Brien would defeat Colin Moser of Manawa by pin in the quarterfinal round and then drop the next two matches by pins. He would defeat Auburndale’s Nik Engelbright in the fifth place match by pin.
