Yield: 1 drink

12 fresh raspberries

2 ounces bourbon

1 ounce Chambord black raspberry liqueur

½ ounce fresh lime juice

2 ounces cranberry juice

Muddle raspberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients. Shake with ice and strain into tall (Collins) glass filled with crushed ice.

Per serving: 345 calories; 1g fat; no saturated fat; no cholesterol; 2g protein; 38g carbohydrate; 27g sugar; 8g fiber; 5mg sodium; 40mg calcium
