The world’s finest pinot noir vineyards enjoy a warm climate with cooler nights to help the finicky grape fully ripen. This is the case in the Casablanca Valley of the Aconcagua Region of Chile where cooler air descends nightly from the Andes Mountains.

This wine is fermented on the skins for 21 days before pressing. It spends 12 months in oak barrels and is aged for at least three years before release — meeting the reserva requirement.

This has some classic pinot characteristics but seems unfinished, which is contrary when you consider its age.
