The following people appeared in La Crosse County Circuit Court:
Michelle Naas Riley, 57, of Middleburg, Fla., was charged Wednesday with fourth-offense operating while intoxicated and with a prohibited alcohol concentration and possession of THC and drug paraphernalia. Riley drove Wednesday with a 0.21 percent preliminary alcohol level and had marijuana and a pipe, according to the complaint.
Robert Perry, 39, of 223 N. Eighth St., No. 1, was charged Wednesday with felony bail jumping and retail theft, both as a repeat offender. Perry violated his bond Aug. 14 by stealing two cell phones from Walmart in Onalaska, according to the complaint.
Diontae Booth, 21, of 3152 S. Losey Blvd., unit A, was charged Wednesday with burglary, fraudulent use of a credit card and felony bail jumping, all as a repeat offender. Booth used a debit card stolen from a La Crosse apartment on Sept. 2, according to the complaint.
