The following people appeared in La Crosse County Circuit Court:
Kimberly Kellicut, 37, of 516 Jackson St. was charged Tuesday with fifth-offense operating while intoxicated and with a prohibited alcohol concentration, both with a minor child, hit-and-run and operating while revoked. Kellicut drove Wednesday with a 0.08 percent preliminary blood-alcohol concentration and an 8-year-old child in her car, according to the complaint. She also rear-ended another car.
Ryan Koening, 22, of Onalaska was charged Tuesday with felony bail jumping and retail theft, both as a repeat offender. Koening violated his bond Tuesday by stealing merchandise from Shopko in Onalaska, according to the complaint.
Michael Hoffmann, 31, no permanent address, was charged Tuesday with possession of methamphetamine, felony bail jumping and telephone harassment. Hoffmann on Monday sent harassing text messages to a woman and had 1.9 grams of meth, according to the complaint.
William Kraus, 34, no permanent address, was charged Tuesday with retail and misdemeanor theft, two counts of felony bail jumping and possession of meth and an illegally obtained prescription. Kraus stole coffee and a sandwich from Kwik Trip on Saturday and had methamphetamine and a prescription drug during his arrest on Sunday, according to the complaint.</&calendar>
