The following people appeared in La Crosse County Circuit Court:
Christopher Vang, 20, of 303 Shelly Lane was charged Friday with felony bail jumping and possession of methamphetamine, both as a repeat offender. Vang violated his bond Tuesday by having 3.6 grams of meth, according to the complaint.
Zachary Pupp, 36, of 1728 La Crescent St., No. 51, was charged Friday with fourth-offense operating with a restricted controlled substance and carrying a concealed knife. Pupp drove Thursday after smoking marijuana and had a box cutter in his car, according to the complaint.
Nicholas Conrad, 27, of Cashton was charged Friday with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, both as party to the crime. Conrad had 0.3 grams of meth and a pipe on Wednesday, according to the complaint.
Amanda Bakalars, 32, no permanent address was charged Friday with possession of methamphetamine, an illegally obtained prescription and drug paraphernalia, all as a repeat offender. Bakalars had 0.4 grams of meth, prescription pills and a pipe on Thursday, according to the complaint.
