The following people appeared in La Crosse County Circuit Court:
Jesse R. Turnmire, 28, of Bangor was charged Tuesday with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. According to a complaint, Turnmire had about 3.7 ounces of marijuana and a digital scale in his vehicle when arrested on a warrant Friday; jailers later found 39.5 grams of meth in three bags in his underwear. On one of two cell phones in his vehicle, officers found messages from a contact who said people were waiting for his product and another who complained he had been waiting two hours and that it was “bad business.”
Duane M. Strelow, 22, no permanent address, was charged Tuesday with felony bail jumping, possession of methamphetamine and possession of THC. According to a complaint, Strelow had 19.5 grams of meth and 4.3 grams of marijuana when he was stopped for a traffic violation Friday, a violation of his bond for a burglary charge.
Taylor Scott Pataska, 21, of Holmen was charged Tuesday with felony bail jumping and damage to property. According to a complaint, Pataska cut off his GPS ankle bracelet. He was on house arrest as a condition of bond in forgery, theft and drug charges.
Jacob H. Amundson, 30, of West Salem was charged Tuesday with felony bail jumping, damage to property and disorderly conduct. According to a complaint, Amundson consumed alcohol, trashed a residence and broke a windshield Monday, a violation of his bond for a drunken driving charge.
Nathan Dammann, 32, no permanent address, was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor bail jumping. According to a complaint, Dammann had 0.04 grams of heroin, a syringe and a spoon Monday when he was found unconscious in the bathroom of the Cass Street Kwik Trip.
Earl R. Dove, 31, of 733 Avon St. was charged Tuesday with possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. According to a complaint, Dove had 0.5 grams of meth and 3.7 grams of marijuana when he was arrested Monday in connection with an unrelated drug case.
Shantel L. Hanson, 33, of Tomah was charged Tuesday as a fugitive from justice in Minnesota, where she is wanted on theft and swindle charges.
