La Crosse County Circuit Court felony cases:

CHARGED

  • Michael Thrower, 40, of Onalaska was charged Wednesday with fifth-offense operating while intoxicated and with a prohibited alcohol concentration, both with a minor child. Thrower drove Saturday with a 0.20 percent preliminary blood-alcohol level and a 4-year-old child in the car, according to the complaint.
  • Gene Simon, 56, of Onalaska was charged Wednesday with stalking. Simon repeatedly drove past a woman’s house and tried to contact her at work earlier this month, according to the complaint.
  • Julie Kjos, 56, of 415 S. Seventh St., No. 403, was charged Wednesday with fourth-offense operating while intoxicated and with a prohibited alcohol concentration and misdemeanor bail jumping. Kjos drove Thursday with a 0.22 percent preliminary alcohol level, according to the complaint.
  • Richard Hulburt, 24, of Holmen was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property and felony bail jumping. Hulburt on Wednesday or Thursday damaged a cabinet and slapped and threatened to kill a woman, according to the complaint.
  • Margaret Bachop, 50, of Onalaska was charged Wednesday with fifth-offense operating while intoxicated and with a prohibited alcohol concentration. Bachop drove Saturday after drinking alcohol, according to the complaint.
  • William Ross, 61, of 1900 S. Seventh St., No. 104, was charged Wednesday with felony bail jumping. Ross violated his bond Monday by using a computer, according to the complaint.
  • Donald Norberg II, 37, of 1116 S. 10th St., was charged Wednesday with possession of meth and misdemeanor retail theft. Norberg stole merchandise from Target on Tuesday and had meth in his possession at arrest, according to the complaint.
  • Trevor Maloney, 20, of 913 S. Seventh St., was charged Wednesday with felony bail jumping. Maloney violated a no-contact condition of his bond on Wednesday, according to the complaint.
