La Crosse County Circuit Court felony cases:

CHARGED

Patrick Henke, 61, of Tigerton, Wis., was charged Wednesday with possession with intent to deliver THC, invasion of privacy and obstructing an officer, all as a repeat offender. Henke ran from police when they caught him outside a woman’s window on Oct. 21. He also had 275 grams of marijuana in his car, according to the complaint.

Tkaylah Roraff, 23, no permanent address, was charged Wednesday with operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent. Roraff drove a stolen car on Tuesday, according to the complaint.

Mark Medland, 33, of Onalaska was charged Wednesday with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor bail jumping. Medland had meth and a glass pipe on Tuesday, according to the complaint.

Alec Johnston, 19, of 2631 Castle Place, was charged Wednesday with manufacture of THC and possession with intent to deliver THC. Johnston had 47 potted marijuana plants and 382 grams of marijuana on Oct. 18, according to the complaint.
