The following people appeared in La Crosse County Circuit Court:

Accused

Breanna Dvorak, 31, of 1215 S. 22nd Drive was charged Monday with possession of narcotic drugs, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia and felony bail jumping, all as a repeat offender. Dvorak had heroin, meth and items for drug use on Saturday, according to the complaint.

Naomi Wilbanks, 31, no permanent address, was charged Monday with possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, an illegally obtained prescription and THC, and misdemeanor bail jumping. Wilbanks had meth, a pipe, marijuana and prescription pills on Sunday, according to the complaint.

Justin Meyer, 34, of 2232 George St. was charged Monday with fraud against a financial institution. Meyer cashed three fraudulent checks in late March, according to the complaint.

Matthew Sibley, 39, of 913 Ferry St. was charged Tuesday with resisting an officer causing substantial bodily harm to the officer as a repeat offender. An officer fractured his tailbone when Sibley resisted arrest on Monday, according to the complaint.

Daniel Riley, 53, of Kendall, Wis., and Jana Boardman, 32, of Chaseburg, Wis., each were charged Tuesday with fraudulent use of a credit card. Riley and Boardman used a woman’s credit card at multiple Kwik Trip locations in La Crosse between October and January, according to the complaint.
