Daniel Zawacki, 32, was charged Thursday with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor bail jumping. Zawacki had a small amount of meth in his car Dec. 18 when he was arrested for a bond violation, according to the complaint.

Alexander Mitchell, 18, no permanent address, was charged Thursday with attempting to disarm a peace officer and resisting an officer. Mitchell wrestled with a sheriff’s deputy sent to check on him Dec. 19 and tried to take the officer’s gun, according to a complaint.

Zachary Mellem, 18, of Bangor was charged Thursday with burglary and trespassing. Mellem entered a Bangor home Dec. 19 with a key he took from the occupants’ vehicle, according to a complaint.

Michael Haight, 26, of 2815 Lakeshore Drive, No. 9, was charged Tuesday with strangulation and suffocation, misdemeanor battery, disorderly conduct and misdemeanor bail jumping. A woman said Haight pushed, slapped and choked her on Wednesday, according to the complaint.

Robert Coates III, 20, of 1014 S. Fifth Ave., was charged Tuesday with obstructing an officer and possession with intent to deliver THC. Police found 206 grams of marijuana in Coates’ jacket Monday after he ran from officers, according to the complaint.

Raece Flick, 23, no permanent address, was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotic drugs and drug paraphernalia, both as a repeat offender. Flick had 0.3 grams of heroin and syringes Oct. 7, according to the complaint.

Freeman Cole, 31, of 505 Cass St., No. 1, was charged Tuesday with possession with intent to deliver cocaine. Cole had 20 small bags of crack cocaine Friday, according to the complaint.
