A Spring Valley, Wis., woman who caused a crash on Hwy. 54/93 in Trempealeau County Friday evening that injured two was cited for failing to yield, according to the Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Department.

Roxanne Kiefer, 54, was driving east on the highway about 5:10 p.m. when she turned onto Dale Valley Road in the town of Gale in front of a car traveling west.

That driver, 69-year-old Eugene Garrison of Winona, Minn., and passenger Marian Garrison, 66, also of Winona, were treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
