Steven Reinart, 54, of Tomah passed away Saturday, Dec. 30, 2017, at Gundersen Health System in La Crosse.

He was born Sept. 5, 1963, to Joseph and Elizabeth (Peth) Reinart.

Steve attended Tomah High School and was a member of the Army reserves. He worked at Union Camp and was service manager for All Tune and Lube, Ricks Certified Auto and Van Der Meer Motor Company in Tomah. He was also the original owner of Happenings Bar in La Crosse and part owner of Dobbers Bar in La Crosse. In his spare time, Steve enjoyed fishing, bow and gun hunting, camping, tennis, golf and playing cards with his friends and family. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his siblings, David Reinart, Diane (Glen) Pergande, Linda (Bob) Martens and Connie Ripp; life-long friend, Jeff Rehberg; brothers-in-law, Keith Betcher and Randy Luther; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Elizabeth; and two sisters, Jolene Betcher and Patty Luther.

Memorial services will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 4, 2018, at the Torkelson Funeral Home in Tomah. Family and friends are invited for visitation from 4 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
