A 36-year-old Cashton man faces multiple charges after an alleged hit-and-run crash Dec. 5 in the town of Wells.

No one was injured in the crash or ensuing pursuit.

Vicente was issued citations for second-offense drunk diving, failure to report an accident, operating after revocation, hit and run and fleeing.

Assisting with the accident were the DNR and Monroe County Communications Center.
