A 23-year-old Tomah man and 17-year-old juvenile male were referred to the Monroe County District Attorney for allegedly sexually assaulting a girl numerous times beginning when she was 10 years old.
According to the report, the girl, now 16, told police of three incidents in which Jack William Nabors touched her breasts and exposed his genitals and another incident in which he touched her breasts on top of her clothes and tried to move his hands up her shorts. The girl told police that Nabors would offer her alcohol and drugs so she would forget about the incidents. The report says police obtained text messages from Nabors asking for sex and nude photos from the girl.
The juvenile male, the girl told police, forced her to have sexual intercourse approximately 20 times between the ages of 10 and 13 and often grabbed her breasts during the assaults. The juvenile male reportedly told police he had sex with the girl twice and said he felt “horrible afterward.”
Nabors was referred for sexual assault of a child, repeated acts of sexual assault, exposing genitals to a child and bail jumping. The juvenile male was referred for sexual assault of a child and repeated acts of sexual assault.
Nabors has an initial appearance Aug. 8 before Monroe County Circuit Judge Mark Goodman.
