State Rep. Nancy VanderMeer, R-Tomah, and state Sen. Patrick Testin, R-Stevens Point, will conduct a pair of budget listening sessions in Monroe County Friday.

The lawmakers will be at Oakdale Village Hall, 133 Well St., from noon-12:45 p.m. and Warrens Village Hall from 1:15-2 p.m.

The public is invited to attend. Attendees are encouraged to focus their questions and comments on items in the 2017-19 state budget proposal so that all in attendance can have a chance to speak.
