Vernon County Crime Stoppers, along with the Vernon County Sheriff’s Office, is asking for the public’s help in solving a burglary at Esofea Park.
Sometime during the evening hours of Jan. 26 or early morning hours of Jan. 27, a door was kicked in and several tools were stolen from a building at Esofea Park in the town of Jefferson. Stolen items included keys, Craftsman wrench set, Master Mechanic ratchet/socket sets, pipe wrench, vise grips, 50-foot air hose, water pump accessories and a Honda water pump. It is law enforcement’s hope that details of this case from police records may cause someone to remember and report what they know about the person or persons involved.
