KICKAPOO VALLEY RESERVE La Farge, WI - Vernon County CITIZEN SCIENTIST: MONARCHS May 17th 6-7pm at the Visitor Center Come learn how to track the Monarch populations on the Reserve, and about other citizen-based monitoring projects we offer at the KVR. CITIZEN-BASED MONITORING We welcome volunteers to help monitor hundreds of species and habitats in the KVR and throughout the region. This public involvement offers rewarding educational opportunities and helps us collect quality scientific data. Projects range from butterflies to birds, turtles to plants. There's something for everyone! Upcoming happenings at KVR Frog Walk Tuesdays: Every Tuesday 15 minutes after sunset on Old 131 Trailhead.
