TUESDAY - YOGA IN THE STREET WITH ROOT DOWN YOGA STUDIO May 14, 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. 1201 Caledonia Street, La Crosse Bring your yoga mat! Our partner, Root Down Yoga Studio, will be leading the hour-long class IN THE STREET. Please bring one toiletry item (deodorant, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc.) or gentle used women’s clothing of all sizes as admission. Amy’s Closet will be collecting the clothing items and all donations will support the women at New Horizons in La Crosse County and Brighter Tomorrows in Monroe County who have experienced domestic violence or sexual assault. In celebration of Women's Health Week Erica Boland, local Chiropractor, Doula and Birthfit instructor will be providing a free workshop at Root Down Yoga. BIRTH FIT Power Hour will cover the basics of what it means to be BIRTHFIT and provides tools to grow in CONNECTION, MINDSET, and MOVEMENT. Our breath connects the physical and the non-physical and is our secret weapon to bringing calm to the unknown. This workshop is for anyone wanting to learn more about BIRTHFIT and tools to navigate the motherhood transition. WEDNESDAY - WINE FOR WOMEN’S HEALTH May 15, 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Cedar Creek Country Club, 2600 Cedar Creek Lane, Onalaska Unwind with us for our annual dinner event.
