Sept. 28

4:20 a.m. – A 21-year-old La Crosse woman was arrested in the 1200 block of 10th Ave. N. and cited for operating while under the influence, prohibited alcohol concentration and deviation from designated traffic lane.

5:22 p.m. – A warrant was issued for a 23-year-old man from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, for check fraud in the amount of $1,404.

Sept. 29

9:52 a.m. – An officer took a complaint in the 9400 block of Hwy. 16 of retail theft of items valued at $149.

Sept. 30

7:30 p.m. – An officer took a complaint in the 100 block of 11th Ave. S. of the theft of a bicycle valued at $150.

Oct. 1

4:30 a.m. – A 39-year-old Rochester man was arrested in the 3100 block of Market Place and cited for possession of medications without a prescription and abuse of hazardous substances.

Oct. 2

5:55 p.m. – An officer took a complaint in the 1500 block of Franklin St. of the theft of movable property valued at $350.

Oct. 3

12:38 a.m. – A 19-year-old La Crosse man was arrested at the intersection of Eighth Ave. N. and Robert Place and cited for possession with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor bail jumping.

Holmen Police

Oct. 1

10:28 p.m. – A 21-year-old Holmen man was arrested near the intersection of State and Main streets for operating while revoked (due to OWI) and two counts of bail jumping.

Oct. 3

5:02 p.m. – A 45-year-old La Crosse man was cited at the intersection of McHugh Rd. and County Hwy. HD for operating while revoked (due to OWI).

Onalaska Fire

The Onalaska Area Fire Department responded to 39 EMS calls excluding vehicle accident with injury; an unintentional smoke detector activation, no fire; heat detector activation due to malfunction; and a biological hazard, confirmed or suspected.

Holmen Fire

The Holmen Area Fire Department responded to 16 EMS calls and four fire calls involving gas leaks and an electrical.
