Bob’s Furniture City is closing its doors after over 50 years in the furniture business in Tomah.

The store, located at 1621 Superior Ave. N., announced a “Going Out of Business Sale” Thursday Feb. 13. The sale will continue until the store is out of inventory, according to owner Kurt Peth.

Peth expects the sale to last another two weeks before he closes the store to pursue other interests.

The store will have special hours of 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
