Among the two events that marked Thanksgiving week in the area were the Wyeville Mini-Feast Tuesday at Wyeville Elementary School and the annual Holiday Parade in downtown Tomah Friday evening.

The Wyeville Mini-Feast was an opportunity to invite Wyeville families and community members into the school to enjoy a meal and the company of others. The meal included turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, applesauce, stuffing, authentic fry bread, pumpkin bread and milk.

The holiday parade was conducted in unseasonably warm temperatures but light rain. The parade featured 50 floats with the theme of “Jingle all the Way.”
