CareerFair

We will participate in the Career Fair on Thursday, March 12th, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Lunda Center, Western Technical College..

We agree to have our booth set up by 10:30 a.m. and removed by 3:00 p.m.

We agree to exhibit under and comply with the terms and conditions governing this event, which are part of this contract. River Valley Media Group reserves the right to refuse registration of exhibitors who are not directly recruiting for employees at this event. Promotion by anyone other than a paid exhibitor and for purposes beyond hiring for specific employment positions is prohibited.

The exhibitor agrees to protect, indemnify and hold harmless the sponsor, the Lunda Center and Western Technical College from and against all claims including but not limited to those arising because of damage to property or injury to or death of any persons or the expense of defense of any suits of claims which may be made or brought against the sponsors, or any of them may pay, sustain or incur by reason of or growing out of the use of the exhibit space in the Lunda Center and any demonstration area outside of the Lunda Center or arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the premises and facilities of the Lunda Center. Exhibitor agrees to procure and maintain in effect commercial general liability insurance for all exhibitor property used or displayed at this event.

Cancellation Terms:
Exhibitors agree to payment in full for booth space prior to the event unless credit terms have been established. Refunds for cancellation will not be allowed after February 27th, 2020.

I have read and understood all parts of this contract. Failure to comply with said contract will automatically cancel exhibitor’s right to booth space.
