"Last minute budget changes would strip our local governments in Wisconsin of the right to regulate quarries," and could possibly take away town and county control over frac sand mines. According to the article in the Jackson County Chronicle Sept. 15, 2017.

If this is a result of the Wisconsin Legislature Budget Writing Committee, they should be abolished. This form of government is destructive. Our voice and petitions have been disregarded.

This legislature should study up on Wisconsin land and conservation history before passing such a land control bill. Again I could go on!
