La Crosse County Circuit Court felonies

The following person has been charged with a felony in La Crosse County Circuit Court:

Miranda M. Wylie, 31, West Salem, is charged with three counts of battery to a law enforcement officer. According to the criminal complaint, a highly intoxicated Wylie kicked several police officers as they attempted to arrest her March 17 in West Salem. She was released on a $5,000 cash bond with a condition that she not consume alcohol or enter taverns.

Felony criminal complaints have been filed against the following people in La Crosse County Circuit Court:

Todd A. Pfaff, 43, La Crosse is accused of stalking. According to the criminal complaint, Pfaff sent multiple text messages, some of which contained abusive, racist and demeaning language, to a woman who didn’t want contact with him. The complaint says Pfaff has also followed the woman against her wishes. An arrest warrant for Pfaff was issued March 17.

Daniel L. Halverson, 60, La Crosse, is accused of uttering a forgery. According to the criminal complaint, Halverson cashed a fraudulent check for $531 Dec. 31. He has an initial court appearance set for April 7.
