ONALASKA — Richard F. Haller, 77, of Onalaska passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2017, at his home.

He was born in La Crosse, Oct. 17, 1939, to Richard S. and Betty (Tikal) Haller. On Oct. 22, 1960, Richard married Karen Cavadini and they celebrated over 55 years of marriage.

Richard enjoyed watching the Milwaukee Brewers and Green Bay Packers and was an avid NASCAR fan. He will always be remembered as a loving husband and father.

Richard is survived by his loving wife, Karen; two daughters, Lisa (Dan) Cravillion of La Crescent, Minn., and Julie (Todd) Clipper of La Crosse; a son, Richard W. (Pamela) Haller of Coon Valley; eight grandchildren; a great-grandchild; a sister, Kathleen Haller of Onalaska; and a brother, Randy (Jennifer) Haller of La Crosse.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 28, at Dickinson Family Funeral Home, 401 Main St., Onalaska. Monsignor Steven Kachel will officiate and burial will be in Onalaska Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until time of service Friday.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
