LA CROSSEANCHESTER, Vt. -- Thomas William Deyo, 50, of La Crosse, formerly of Manchester, died Aug. 10, 2018, in Dorset, Vt.
He was born May 28, 1968, in Columbus, Ind., the son of Gerald and Jean Deyo. He graduated from Aquinas High School in La Crosse, and earned a B.S. in aquatic biology from UW-La Crosse. Mr. Deyo worked in several industrial businesses before purchasing the Manchester Laundromat in 2014. He enjoyed trout fishing, hockey, skiing, hiking, camping and reading, especially Mark Twain.
Survivors include his sons, Rutger, Jared, both of La Crosse, Ian, of St. Paul; siblings, Susan Scott, of Manchester, Ed Deyo, of Amherst, Wis., Jim Deyo, of Dorset; his companion, Dawn McDonald, of Saratoga, N.Y.; and his former wife, Julie Deyo, of La Crosse. He was predeceased by his parents; a sister, Kathleen Clarey; and a nephew.
A celebration of his life will be held in La Crosse at a later date.
