People of all faith traditions and spiritual backgrounds are invited to an Advent Labyrinth Walk on Thursday, Dec. 7, at the Franciscan Spirituality Center, 920 Market St. The indoor labyrinth will be available between 4 and 7 p.m.

A labyrinth is a single path that has been used as a walking meditation for prayer and reflection since ancient times. For many, it is symbolic of a pilgrimage and can help bring about clarity, peace and healing. The FSC's labyrinth is designed in the pattern of the Chartres Cathedral labyrinth in France, which dates to the 1200s.

There is no cost to attend, but donations are appreciated. Registration is not required; call 608-791-5295 for more information.
