Prosecutors Thursday lodged three more felony charges against a 19-year-old La Crosse man now accused of sexually assaulting four young girls.
Nicco Stokes is charged in La Crosse County Circuit Court with first-degree child sexual assault-contact with a child younger than age 13 and two counts each of repeated sexual assault of a child and sexual assault of a child younger than 16 years of age.
A 12-year-old girl said Stokes, then 18, "forced her" into sex three times in October 2009, according to the complaint. He denied having intercourse with the girl.
A 13-year-old girl said she met Stokes online in March 2010 and he pressured her into sex June 5 in a wooded area south of Ward Avenue, pushing her to the ground and removing her pants, according to the complaint.
Stokes admitted having sex with the girl, who he believed was 12 or 13, the complaint states.
A 14-year-old girl told investigators Stokes had sex with her 20 times in June and August 2010 at his mother and grandmother's house, according to the complaint. He admitted to five encounters, adding he likes females five years younger or five years older than him, the complaint states.
He also is accused of having sex with a 14-year-old between September and November 2010, according to the complaint.
Stokes, of 1615 S. 10th St., No. 4, returns to court Thursday and is jailed on a $10,000 cash bond.
